OLD- RETURN POLICY

We offer a flexible 60-day return and exchange process from your order date. Please read the conditions below carefully.

🔄 1. Exchanges (for a new size/color)

To exchange an item, you must return the original product.

A $7.99 restocking fee applies to each item being exchanged. This fee covers the return shipping label and handling.

You will also be charged a new shipping fee for the replacement order, depending on your product type:

• Custom Pet Art: $5.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.

• All Over Print Products (Pajamas, etc.): $3.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.

💰 2. Returns for a Refund

To receive a refund, you must return the product. Your refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

For Standard Orders:
Refund Amount = (Total Item Price) − ($7.99 Restocking Fee per item).
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

For Orders with Free Shipping:
If your original order had free shipping, your refund will include two deductions:

1. $7.99 restocking fee per item.

2. Shipping recovery fee (calculated based on product type):

   • Custom Pet Art: $5.99 first item + $2.99 each additional item.

   • All Over Print Products: $3.99 first item + $1.99 each additional item.

📌 Important Notes

• 🔁 One exchange/return per order. Please submit all requests for an order at the same time.

• Items must be new, unwashed, and unworn.

• 🛡️ All returned items will be inspected at our warehouse. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the items do not meet the required conditions.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
