To ensure fast production for custom-made items, your order begins processing shortly after purchase.

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed.
  • After 12 hours, your order is locked for printing and can no longer be changed or canceled — except if the item arrives defective or incorrect.

To process your claim smoothly, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Take Photos

Take clear photos showing the issue (damage, wrong design, misprint, etc.). Claims without visual proof cannot be reviewed.

Step 2 — Contact Support

Email: cs@meowwoofwear.com
Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Your preferred solution: Refund or Replacement

Step 3 — Claim Review Within 24–48 Hours

Our support team will review your claim carefully and respond within24–48 hourswith the solution

Once your claim is approved:

  • Your replacement will be produced using our standard custom timeline
  • A new tracking number will be emailed once shipped
  • All updates sent directly to your inbox

➡️Please note: You may choose either a refund or a replacement per claim — not both.

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days
  • Banks may take 7–10 business days to post the funds

❗If funds do not appear after this period, please contact your bank/payment provider

Because items are custom-made, we cannot support:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Ordering wrong size/color
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Claims submitted after 7 days
  • Packages undelivered due to customer’s incorrect address

If your package is:

📬 Lost or delivered incorrectly due to courier error. We will:

  • 🚚 Resend the item FREE, or
  • 💰 Issue a full refund

↩️ Returned to us due to customer entering the wrong address, we can reship it, but re-shipping fees will apply.
