We offer a flexible return and exchange process within 60 days of your order date. Please read the conditions below.

🔄 1. Exchanges (for a new size/color) To exchange an item, you must return the original product.

A $7.99 restocking fee applies to each item being exchanged. This fee covers the return shipping label and handling.

You will be charged a new shipping fee for the replacement order, calculated as:

$5.99 for the first item.
$2.99 for each additional item.
💰 2. Returns for a Refund To receive a refund, you must return the product. Your refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

For Standard Orders: Your refund is the item's price minus the restocking fee. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refund Amount = (Total Item Price) - ($7.99 Restocking Fee per item).
For Orders with Free Shipping: If your original order had free shipping, your refund will have two deductions:

The $7.99 restocking fee per item.
A shipping recovery fee (calculated at $3.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item).
